Free shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders to the United States.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 3-12 business days after processing, depending on the product and your location. Each order ships with full tracking.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Lost or delayed packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 20 business days, or tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, contact us at Contatovitorsantosss@gmail.com and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will always do our best to help.
