30-Day Guarantee

We want you to love your Glowhaven purchase. Every order is covered by our 30-day guarantee, starting on the day it is delivered.

What's covered
If your item arrives damaged, defective, does not work as described, or is the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. No return is needed.

Lost packages
If your package never arrives, we will send a replacement or a full refund, as described in our Shipping Policy.

Change of mind
Our products ship directly from our fulfillment partner's warehouse, so we cannot accept returns of items that work as described because of a change of mind. Please review the product details before ordering, and email us any questions before you buy. If you change your mind, email us before your order ships and we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Refunds
